Shipping Policy

* SHIPPING DAYS ARE MON-WED ONLY!!** This is to ENSURE you get your package in a timely manner and product is in tact from any degradation.

* All Sea Moss Blends  take 2 days to process. On the second day your order(s) are ready to ship. 

* Thank you in advance for your patience.

* Please allow 3-5 business days (M-F) for UPS to receive deliver your shipment. UPS has been on time nationally. 

* All Sea Moss Gel Blends will still be shipped in a frozen state to help keep product from spoiling by the time you receive.***

* If in fact it has unthawed completely by the time you receive, put in the refrigerator immediately. It will gel right back up.***

Local Delivery

* Deliveries can occur on any day of the week. Typically your ordered will be delivered 3-5 days after the order is placed ~GotSeaMoss will send you a text that delivery is starting.

* Once delivery text is received you will receive another text with the Estimated Time of Arrival.

***Please notify us via email sales@gotseamoss.com with any issues if you don't receive and we can discuss refund options and or preparing a new batch and using another means of shipping if need be. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority!***
